Kansui

Kansui (甘水) is the first nashi of the season to get the summer started!

The flesh is juicy and sweet with a slight touch of acidity. Due to the firmness of the flesh, it is the crunchiest among all the other variety. 

A great way to start the summer with a gift of Nashi to your family and friends.

Harvest Period 

The harvest period for the Kansui nashi is estimated to be late July. This is dependent on the weather and will vary each year. 

Weight & Packages

Each piece of the Kansui nashi weighs approximately between 375g and 500g. Therefore, it is estimated that:

• 3kg package contains between 5 and 8 pieces of pears
• 5kg package contains between 8 and 14 pieces of pears
• 10kg package contains between 16 and 28 pieces of pears

Storage & Care

For longer freshness, consider storing the nashi by wrapping each one with newspaper and put in the plastic bag before storing in the fridge.
