This is the most sought-after nashi, the "Amahibiki" (甘ひびき) variety. Juicy, crisp flesh and sweet to the core. This Japanese pear is becoming a fan favourite as it usually measures between 13 and 14 degrees on the Brix. Cultivated by the awesome Mr. Ikaii from Aichi prefecture only a few years ago. It is the newest addition to the Japanese pear variety. Due to its rarity, do not expect to find this at every supermarket any time soon. (Price excludes shipping cost which will be calculated upon check out)
